Imadur Rahman

Dr.
Imadur Rahman received his MSc and PhD degree in wireless communications in
2003 and 2007, respectively. In 2007, he was an assistant professor in
Aalborg University Denmark. Since 2008, he has been with Radio department of
Ericsson Research, Stockholm, Sweden. He has been working on 3GPP
technologies concentrating on different topics , e.g. channelization, link
adaptations, multi-antenna techniques, RF and RRM requirements, etc, since
Release-8. Currently, he is a vice-chair candidate for the forthcoming vice-chair
elections in 3GPP RAN4 in August 2019.

Dr.
Riikka Susitaival

Dr. Riikka Susitaival has received MSc and PhD
in telecommunication and teletraffic theory in 2002 and 2007,
respectively. Since then she has
worked in Ericsson Research in the area of wireless access networks.
Especially, she has worked with 3GPP LTE and NR standards and being leader of
Ericsson 3GPP WG RAN2 standardization group. Currently she is driving
standardization topics across different 3GPP working groups and attending
3GPP RAN plenaries.
