Dr. I-Kang Fu received his Ph.D degree from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan, in 2007. He is currently a Director of Standard Strategy in MediaTek, contributing to Beyond 5G standardization in 3GPP TSG-RAN, driving new technology initiatives such as cellular/satellite network integration, and exploring pre-6G technology trends. Prior to 5G, he had been actively contributing to B3G and 4G standardization work in IEEE/3GPP since 2005. He is now serving as TAICS TC1 (Advanced Mobile Communication) Chairman position. |

Hiroki Harada

Hiroki Harada is a manager of the standardization team in NTT DOCOMO, INC. He received the B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Yokohama National University, Kanagawa, Japan, in 2003, 2005 and 2008, respectively. From 2005 to 2008, he had been a Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) research fellow. He joined NTT DOCOMO in 2008 and has since been involved in research and development (R&D) activities related to wireless access technologies for LTE-Advanced, LTE-Advanced Pro, 5G, 5G-Advanced and 6G. He has been an active contributor to 3GPP TSG-RAN WG1 since 2012 and 3GPP TSG-RAN plenary since 2019. |

Prof. Hung-Yu Wei is a Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering and Graduate Institute of Communications Engineering (GICE), National Taiwan University. He is the Director of NTU GICE. He served as Associate Department Chair and Interim Department Chair during 2019~2022. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University. He received the M.S. and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Columbia University. He joined National Taiwan University in 2005. His research interests include next-generation wireless networks, IoT, and fog/edge computing. He is the Chair of IEEE 1935 working group for edge/fog management and orchestration standard. |

Pi-Chen Chiu is the Deputy Director of the Intelligent Network Application and System Division at ITRI. She has over 20 years of extensive experience in the fields of mobile communications and intelligent network management. Currently, she is dedicated to developing next-generation wireless network intelligent management solutions, including O-RAN Service Management and Orchestration (SMO), RAN Intelligent Controller (RIC), Self-Organizing Network (SON) technologies, Network Digital Twin (NDT) technology, Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) technology, and AI-powered RAN technologies for 5G and 6G networks. |

張式先 (Philip)於1999年開始加入台灣惠普科技股份有限公司，及其後2000年公司分家至台灣安捷倫科技股份有限公司及2014年分家至現在的台灣是德科技股份有限公司，20多年間持續從事無線通信測量；目前隸屬於台灣應用工程部門資深專案經理，主要負責無線通訊系統測試儀以及客制化客戶需求之解決方案，包含儀器、系統解決方案的建構、支持和諮詢。
在職位上，負責所有無線通訊、EMC、AD通訊領域相關之技術，包括無線通訊界之2G、3G、4G及新一代5G/6G通訊標準，以及擴增的NTN等網路應用，在datacomm領域有藍牙、WiFi、Zigbee、NFC、GNSS、DVB、物聯網等通訊標準，甚至到超高頻微波通訊毫米波訊號之量測與分析，並且多年來親自經手與設計大型認證系統如EMC、DVB-T/H RF Performance、NFC、Femtocell認證測試及RFIC測試系統。 |
