高精地圖圖資內容及格式標準v2

本標準(v2.0)改版係以協會於2020/03/16公告之「高精地圖圖資內容及格式標準(TAICS TS-0024 v1.0)」為基礎，因應OpenDRIVE國際標準改版、高精地圖檢核及驗證指引v2的發布，修改signal類別之記錄內容，以提供標誌、標線的記錄；新增IntersectionPoint、Shoulder、Facility及標線的相關類別，並刪除MarkArea類別。同時附錄增訂OpenDRIVE中signal類別可對應之國內標線、標誌、號誌資料，於資料典增加代碼(signal類別的type、subtype代碼)，並擴充設計類別XML綱要。 本標準設定範疇為自駕車高精地圖的圖資內容及編碼格式，包含各級車用道路、道路設施、交通號誌、標誌、標線，以提供自駕車決策使用，屬性及代碼係依我國交通相關法規制定。 本標準作為測繪業及自駕車產業之中介格式，並具可擴充性，目的在發展開放具有互操作性之分享模式，以促進我國道路資訊系統與其他領域之創新應用，擴展跨領域整合應用之可能績效，並藉以提升整體產業之技術與服務。 本標準由內政部地政司及經濟部產業發展署支持研究制定。

衛星使用者終端資安標準v2

本標準(v2.0)改版係以協會於2024/04/26公告之「低軌道衛星使用者終端資安標準(TAICS TS-0055 v1.0)」為基礎，除低軌道衛星外，將同步衛星和中軌衛星使用者終端納入檢測標的，新增檢測設備與檢測工具的基本要求，並調整測項論述，提出標準修改草案。 本標準規定衛星使用者終端(Satellite User Terminal, Satellite UT)之資訊安全要求。本標準之適用範圍為同步軌道、中軌道以及低軌道衛星使用者終端主機本體，包括硬體、韌體、輸出入介面、傳輸協定以及終端內部通訊網路的區域網路Local Area Network (LAN) 端所提供之服務系統介面等。也適用於各種B2B與B2C架構的產品；B2B架構包含企業級專用衛星終端，例如政府機構、航運、能源、航空或國防產業所使用的設備；而B2C架構主要是消費者端產品，例如家庭衛星網路終端、行動通訊衛星天線等具備一定市佔率的衛星裝置。 本標準由數位發展部支持研究制定。

Cybersecurity Standard for Satellite User Terminals v2

The standard (v2.0) had been developed based on TAICS TS-0055(E) v1.0 “Cybersecurity Standard for User Terminals of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite” published on Nov. 19th, 2024. This standard specifies the information security requirements for Satellite User Terminals (Satellite UTs). As stated in the introduction, the cybersecurity risks and communication architectures of geostationary (GEO) and medium-earth orbit (MEO) satellites do not differ significantly from those of low-earth orbit (LEO) systems. The scope of this standard has been expanded from its original focus on LEO satellite terminals to encompass GEO, MEO, and LEO user terminal host systems. This includes the hardware, firmware, input/output interfaces, transmission protocols, and service interfaces provided through the internal communication network’s Local Area Network (LAN) segment. This standard is formulated under the research support of Ministry of Digital Affairs.

衛星使用者終端資安測試規範v2

本測試規範(v2.0)改版係以協會於2024/04/26公告之「低軌道衛星使用者終端資安測試規範(TAICS TS-0056 v1.0)」為基礎，依據台灣資通產業標準協會所制定之TAICS TS-0055 v2.0「衛星使用者終端資安標準v2」編修訂定，除低軌道衛星外，將同步衛星和中軌衛星使用者終端納入檢測標的，其中具體明列測試項目、測試方法及結果等來驗證產品所能達到之資安要求，俾利產品製造商、系統營運商及資安檢測實驗室等作為衛星使用者終端產品資安檢測技術的參考依據。 本測試規範為數位發展部支持制定，後續將成為衛星使用者終端資安檢測及認證之依據。

The specification (v2.0) had been developed based on TAICS TS-0056(E) v1.0 “Cybersecurity Test Specification for User Terminals of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite” published on Nov. 19th, 2024. The testing issues for each security requirement listed in TAICS TS-0055(E) v2.0“Cybersecurity Standard for Satellite User Terminals v2”, including testing items, testing environment setup, testing steps, and judgement criteria, will be described in detail. The purpose of this specification is to enhance the security capabilities of GEO, MEO, and LEO Satellite User Terminals and to integrate cybersecurity protection design concepts and technologies, for ensuring their operational safety and data integrity. This specification is formulated under the research support of Ministry of Digital Affairs.

交換式輕型動力電池標準

本標準適用於電動車輛用交換式輕型動力電池之一般要求、電池連接器之安全要求、電池與電動車輛及電池交換站間通訊要求，及前揭要求項目相關試驗方法。本標準所稱之電動車輛為車輛型式安全審驗管理辦法中L類車輛，輕型動力電池(light means of transport battery, LMT)為依循Regulation (EU) 2023/1542電池類別分類定義之二次鋰電池(secondary lithium batteries)。 本標準由經濟部產業技術司機電運輸科、產業發展署金屬機電產業組支持研究制定。

無人機群協作與應用服務系統標準

本標準規定商用無人機群間的通訊格式及介面、與機群間協作與應用服務應具備的功能，藉此達安全標準並建立跨機種機群協作。 本標準的適用範圍涵蓋跨機種的商用無人機群與負責操作或監控機群的單一地面控制中心 (Ground Control Station, GCS)或單一海上船艦控制中心 (Maritime Ground Control Station, MGCS)。本標準的應用範疇包含陸地與空中，其地面基礎設施(如單一基地台)與無人機群之集中式通訊與協作架構，應用服務如太陽能板巡檢；海上與空中包含有海上船艦(如海巡船或搜救船)與無人機群之集中式通訊與協作架構，應用服務如海上搜救；空中與空中則是無人機群間透過分散式通訊與協作架構，執行大範圍農噴或橋梁巡檢等應用服務。 本標準由經濟部技術司支持研究制定。

智慧農機設備互通標準

本標準針對農業機械設備的互通、控制、管理與協作制定農機資料模型、資料流通協議以及服務流程規範。 本標準適用範圍為智慧農機之間或智慧農機與服務系統之間所使用之資料傳輸格式(包含資料分類標題、表述結構、共通或個別資料欄位等)與服務流程，目的係使各個農機設備的電控系統能依據本標準之規定，實現數據分享、串接或是控制、設定功能，最終達到協同運作，賦予農機設備可以自主或是協同其他農機設備共同在作業場域內完成派遣的任務。 本標準為農業部支持制定。
